Buying on BloomDirect Webshop

How can I register with BloomDirect?
Fill in the registration form here and we’ll set up an account for you. We will email you shortly after you have registered with your personal login details. Then you can simply log in to start purchasing your fresh stems.

I have forgotten my log in code/password, what should I do?
Contact us at contact@bloomdirect.co.uk if you have forgotten your log in code/password. We will give you your log in code or password or request for you a new one.

What kind of products can I buy from BloomDirect?
Flowers, plants and foliage. The combined stock of multiple growers can be found on the marketplace.

What if there is a problem with the quality of my flowers?
We guarantee high standards. Any issues with orders or quality will be swiftly dealt with. Please contact us regarding any issues at contact@bloomdirect.co.uk, withing 24 hours of delivery.

How much will you charge me for delivery costs?
Delivery fee is £6.50 per drop, regardless of the size of your order.

Who delivers the flowers to my premises?
Once your stems are securely packed by our team, our expert courier partner DPD will provide you with a tracking link and ship your stems overnight. Track your stems across the country to the moment of delivery.

What is the latest I can order for a next day delivery?
The cut off for next day orders is 4.30pm unless you reside in a two day delivery area.

Can I track my order?
We’ll send you a link to track your stems progress as they make their journey to you. If you need to provide any further details to the courier such as a safe place, you’ll be able to do so through the same link.

Can I request a morning/afternoon delivery?
Our DPD drivers are delivering hundreds of parcels each day, sadly we don’t get a say in the exact time your stems will be delivered.

Can I leave delivery instructions?
Yes! On the link we send you DPD provide 4 or 5 options. You must contact DPD (through that link) as they are in charge of all transport details. Please do not leave a note on the Webshop as the courier teams do not see this information.
